Herdade do Esporão
With Esporão’s seal of quality, this wine is the result of a meticulous selection of grapes from various Alentejo regions, followed by a patient ageing period in barrels.
Vinification: After destemming, thermal shock, and pressing, the must underwent static decantation before fermentation at a controlled temperature: 80% in stainless steel tanks and 20% in used American and French oak barrels. The wine was then aged for 6 months on fine lees.
