Citrine yellow colour. Complex aromas of tropical fruits, grass and asparagus. Fresh palate with good acidity. Distinctive mineral character and excellent harmony.
Hand-picked. Total destemming. Maceration before fermentation from 8h to 12h. Pressing under vacuum, fermentation under controlled temperature (15º to 18º) in stainless steel vats for 10 to 15 days.
Contains sulphites.

Casa Relvas was born out of the desire to continue the history of a family connected to the earth over five generations on two continents. This family project was started in 1997 in São Miguel de Machede, in Redondo, by Alexandre Relvas, who saw the vast horizons of his roots in Africa at the São Miguel Estate. His passion for the Alentejo and respect for its unique and genuine nature led to the first step being the typical foresting of the montado. But it was in the vineyard, a culture with over 2000 years of history in the region, that we discovered our vocation.
