Soil: Limestone-clayey (Kimmeridgian) (hill with southern exposure to the sun; right bank of the Sereine near the Grands Cru). Fermentation: fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. Aging: 15 to 18 months in contact with fine lees, in stainless steel vats and French oak barrels.
