The aroma is floral and citrus, with still some mineral notes. In the mouth it is fruity, with good acidity and oiliness, good volume in the mouth, full and pleasant.
After careful selection, bunch by bunch, the must is decanted at low temperature and fermented at 18ºC for 6 days. The wine is bottled after stabilization and clarifying filtration.

The company founder – António Fernandes – has been producing port and table wines for two decades. The company wines are made under the technical direction of chief winemaker Manuel Angel Areal with grapes harvested in the Douro Superior region, mostly from family owned vineyards. The total area of the family vines adds up to 50 hectares.
