Amber color. Notes of dried fruits, cinnamon, fig jam and sweet grass. Velvety tannin. Large balanced mouth volume with very elegant acidity. Persistent and dry finish.
This orange, or white tanning wine, was created in a natural way, with minimum intervention and from organically produced grapes. After the stalks were removed, the grapes were crushed into a deposit in which fermentation began spontaneously and where they spent 12 days in tanning, as if they were red grapes. He spent 10 months in wooden vats of 225L until bottling.
