Pressing with total release, followed by cooling and decantation at 12ºC. The fermentation of
clean wort took place in small stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC, so that
preserve all the aromas and freshness. This wine has only aged in stainless steel tanks and remains a
mıń imo 3 months in bottle before going to market.

Our company is based on the principle of Américo Seabra (Father), the initiator of our wines and that by whom we continue to perpetuate the memory in each harvest. Today, already in the third generation of the Seabra family, we put the tradition and knowledge of the secular noble vineyards of this Dão region, in the most modern production methods to ensure unique and eloquent quality wines, praising the native grape varieties of the region such as Touriga Nacionalin the red and Encruzado in the white.
From the 15 hectares of winemaking with which we started this dream in 2005 to the 100 hectares that since 2010, the year of our foundation as a company, are in our care, there has been a strong and sustained development, not only in vinified area, infrastructure and means of production, but also in human resources that have allowed us to achieve wine production in quality and in the standards that guide the precepts of our existence.
With the signature of our inspiration we have built all our wines, from the freshest and youngest to the finest and most complex of the reserves worked by wood and time, in the company of the granites and fountains that run through the Winery and that ensure a unique and unique environment, giving all our wines elegance, sophistication, character and personality.
