Soft pink, almost salmon-coloured, it has a delicate, shiny, translucent appearance. The aroma suggests fresh fruit on an acidic, exotic background. The palate follows the suggestion of the nose, is lively and the intensity of the fruit culminates in a long, vibrant finish.

Vinification
The grapes were harvested by hand, destemmed and gently pressed. After pressing, the must was clarified and fermented in stainless steel tanks at between 14 and 16ºC.
