A wine with impetuous aspetol and corcitrine. On the nose, it shows the irreverence of its youth, suggesting notes of lemon and ripe pineapple, complemented by a floral touch and a pleasant sensation of minerality. On the palate, it surprises with its freshness and harmony, with a long, flavoursome finish. A versatile wine full of personality for the good times in life.

Vinification
The grapes were harvested by hand in 20kg crates, followed by a selection of bunches and berries in the winery. The grapes were gently pressed and the must clarified and fermented in stainless steel vats at 15ºC.
