Citrus yellow colour with green tinge. Lush and very elegant nose, with sesame, tropical and mineral notes, well married with the vanilla from the new oak barrels. Good mouth volume, full of good flavours and strong acidity; very long and delicate finish.
Vinification manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Selection by table conveyor. Crushing and soft pressing. Very slow fermentation at low temperature (14ºC). Semi-fermented maturation in new and used French oak barrels, with weekly storage in the deposit.
Contains sulphites.
