This wine comes from 5 to 20-year-old vineyards, about 5000 feet per hectare, located 500 m high and planted on granite soils with sand lines. The wine year was marked by dry winter, where precipitation levels were much lower than the average of the last 30 years. It was followed by a hot, dry spring with heat waves that lasted until the beginning of summer. This situation continued during the summer, which gave rise to an early beginning of harvest, being particularly intense and of very short duration. After a few hours of skin contact on the day of harvest, very slow fermentation followed for two months.
