Soalheiro
The grapes are harvested by hand from old vines in our Territory. Fermentation takes place mainly in stainless steel, with 15% of the total volume fermented in used oak barrels, thus giving the wine greater complexity. According to the winemaker, “the philosophy is to keep the wine in contact with the lees through bâtonnage, giving it greater structure and a different character to most other wines from the Vinho Verde region”. The wine ages for 6 months before bottling.
