Quinta de Santiago
Blend of 33% Tinta Roriz, 33% Touriga Nacionaland 33% Alvarinho varieties. This wine goes through a soft pre-fermentation red and Alvarinho skin maceration, decantation and controlled fermentation (15-17o) stage in inox. It follows na aging process for 4 months with stages of homogenization ( batonage) until ir reaches the time to make the bottling.
