Herdade do Rocim
Manual harvest on the 10th of September 2018. Grapes carefully selected “berry by berry” on a vibrating sorting belt. Fermentation took place in traditional wine presses for a period of 13 days. The wine was aged for a period of 6 months in the wood with skin contact, followed by a period of 24 months in 500 L French oak barrels. Ageing in bottle for 6 months before release to the market.
