Grapes are unloaded into a membrane press, crushed, and the juice is extracted. The juice is decanted and transferred to stainless steel tanks for fermentation under controlled temperature.

After fermentation, the wine decants naturally in the tank and is clarified at the end of the year. Preparation for bottling using the traditional method with natural yeasts.
