Luís Pato Maria Gomes Brut is an elegant and aromatic sparkling wine from the Bairrada wine region, featuring a fine and persistent bubble and an open aromatic bouquet. It presents delightful aromas of ripe white fruits, notes of toasted almonds, toasted bread, and nuances of fresh yeast. On the palate, it is fresh, citrusy, and with excellent acidity.
Crafted from grapes of the Maria Gomes (95%) and Sercialinho (5%) varieties, fermented separately in stainless steel tanks with temperature control for 2 weeks.
The second fermentation occurred in the bottle in order to preserve the floral and fruity aroma of the main grape variety. It is a wine for summer but also for social gatherings.
Luís Pato Maria Gomes sparkling wine is characterized by aromas of violets, raspberries, and smokiness. It is a sparkling wine that can be enjoyed while young.
