Wine made from must obtained only by free-run juice after crushing the berries. This allows us to obtain a wine with a slightly pinkish color and very elegant. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 14°C-16°C, from free-run juice or free-run press juice. Aging for a short period, the wine remains in contact with its fine lees to ensure its complexity and longevity.
