Bright in appearance with a salmon hue. The aroma is delicate, showing notes of wild berries, lemon zest and a subtle floral touch. On the palate, it is well-balanced, dry and persistent. Fresh and lingering finish with mineral notes, white fruit and a salty hint.
Made exclusively from grapes grown in franco-clay soils with rolled pebbles on our estate, this wine was aged for 5 months on fine lees with batonnage.
