Quinta de Lemos
Touriga Nacional is an autochthonous Portuguese grape variety from the Dão region. This variety of high oenological potential and resounding growth is grown under an integrated protection programme, with no herbicides being applied. The harvest is manual, when the grapes reach their optimum point of maturation, which is in the first fortnight of September. This wine is obtained after direct pressing of the red Touriga Nacional grapes. All the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at 13ºC.
