CÔTES DE PROVENCE
The oldest wine region in France, beautifully adorned with lavender, sunflowers, olive trees, and vineyards. To the north of St. Tropez lies the picturesque estate of Château Sainte Roseline, perfectly situated on the Côte d’Azur, benefiting from a unique mineral composition due to its proximity to the coast, with the grape’s aromatic profile enhanced by the presence of schist and clay in the soil.

Vinification: The grapes are gently pressed to ensure a smooth extraction. The must is then stabilized to provide clear juice before fermentation. Temperatures are maintained at 15-17°C throughout the fermentation for about 12 days. After this, the must is separated from the lees and cooled.
