The perfect combination of red grapes from the delicate and complex Pinot Noir variety with the subtlety of white grapes from the Viosinho variety results in a Palhete wine with great aromatic complexity. Made using the traditional curtimenta (skin-contact) method and aged in stainless steel for 14 months, this Palhete expresses the terroir of Baião.

Limited edition of 799 bottles.

VINIFICATION
Pinot Noir (85%), Viosinho (15%). Produced using the traditional skin-contact method and aged in stainless steel vats for 14 months.
