Salmon coloured and with a predominance of red fruit and raspberry aromas. It has an excellent freshness and elegance.
Harvest/Vinification: Manual harvest at the optimal ripening period. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.

This is a perfect wine to serve with fish, grilled dishes, salads, Asian cuisine, or as an aperitif.
