This red wine comes from vines over 50 years old, planted on 3 hectares of granite soil. The training system is a single vertical ascending plane, and the production per hectare was 3 tons/ha. The climate of the region is Mediterranean. The harvest was manual with selection of the best grapes from the varieties Touriga Nacional (50%), Alfrocheiro, Tinta Roriz, Baga, Jaen, and others. Light filtration.
Should be served at a temperature of 18°C to accompany game dishes and cheeses.
