Vinha d'Ervideira
Vinification of Vinha D’ Ervideira Colheita Seleccionada Tinto 2021: The grape varieties are vinified separately. The Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet and Cabernet Sauvignon ferment in stainless steel mechanical treading tanks at a controlled temperature of 25ªC. Aragonês is fermented in horizontal vats (vinimatics). Aging for 6 months, in French and American oak barrels.
