Vidigal Bailado
VINIFICATION
The grapes are destemmed and crushed immediately upon arrival at the winery. Cold skin maceration for 24 hours. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks with temperature control and prolonged maceration. Aged in French oak barrels for 9 months.
