Terroir Sense Fronteres

Terroir Sense Fronteres began as a quest to harness the unique minerality and soul of Montsant and give liquid voice to the restraint and freshness of the clay hills surrounding Priorat.
Negre is a red and dry blend of the region’s traditional Grenache Noir (75 %) and Carignan (25 %) varieties. The grapes are vinified for 10 days on whole bunches with wild yeast in stainless steel tanks before undergoing a further 8 months of ageing, also in stainless steel. With a dedication to organic farming, this entry-level red speaks of and for the region, a fruitful message in a bottle that rewards those who choose to listen.

At Terroir al Límit, we are very aware of being part of the Mediterranean context. Priorat is a historic Mediterranean region with an ancient winemaking tradition.
