Red wine with a freixen character from the Upper Douro. Complex aroma of ripe red fruits, well balanced.
Manual harvesting. Reception with total destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation takes place in small capacity stainless steel vats, with temperatures around 23ºC. Soft and controlled macerations.
Contains sulphites.
