Quinta do Sanguinhal
The grapes are hand-picked. The must fermented in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 26-27ºC with prolonged maceration of the skins after total destemming. Bottled after 18 months of aging in new (30%) and used (70%) French oak barrels. Then ages in bottle before being released to the market.
