Deep ruby colour. Aroma with subtle notes of black fruits and and blueberries, combined with notes of figs, mocha and cocoa. On the palate, reveals a remarkable freshness, an excellent structure and balance with firm and high quality tannins. Its finish is complex, revealing great elegance and aromatic persistence.
After destemming and gentle crushing, the grapes underwent 5 days of cold maceration. Fermentation took place over 10 days with daily “daily delestage. After alcoholic fermentation, 50% of the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
