Quinta da Pacheca
This wine is made from grapes sourced from a 32-year-old vineyard plot located at 140 meters of altitude.
Manual harvest, destemming, and crushing. Fermentation occurred over 7 days in a granite lagar, with foot treading and pump-overs. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine was transferred to second- and third-year French oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation took place, followed by aging for about 18 months.
Aging: 18 months in French oak barrels.
