On the nose, it has aromas of ripe plum, some cherry and cassis. On the palate, it's flavoursome, with cherry, blackcurrant and a touch of pine. It has good volume, polished but firm tannins and a persistent finish with the fruit well present.
Manual harvest.
Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Malolactic fermentation and ageing (12 months) in used French oak barrels (50%) and stainless steel vats (50%).
Contains sulphites.
