The grapes for this wine, come from a specific plot of our property Quinta de Vale Cesteiros
Quinta de Vale Cesteiros estate at an altitude of about 500m, with 40 years of
years old. The grapes when they arrive at the winery, are placed in lagares where
begins fermentation with gentle maceration for about a week, and
is then transferred to French oak barrels, where it ages for about 20 months.
