This red wine ages in oak casks for nine months in our cellars. It’s full bodied with a ripe berry colour and has spicy aromas. In the mouth it is fruity, smooth and elegant.

In order to respect the raw material, this wine was fermented using gravity techniques and gentle movements throughout the process. Dense and deep, revealing aromas of spices but especially red fruits. In the mouth it is balanced, with firm tannins and excellent acidity. Long and complex finish, showing appetite for a good evolution in the bottle but at the same time will give pleasure to drink it while young.
