O Produtor, tasting note published in March 23rd 2013

It presents an intense young and large colour, expressive aromatic combining floral and fruity notes with well ripened black and vernacular fruits. In the mouth it highlights a good structure, freshness and concentration, with a good and persistent finish.

Mingorra

In the warm lands of Baixo Alentejo, just a few kilometres from the city of Beja, there is one of the oldest wine-growing cultures in the region. These are vineyards with decades of history that Henrique Uva has been preserving and making profitable for years and which he has always wanted to value as an independent producer.
In 2004, the dream came true, with the project being named Henrique Uva / Herdade da Mingorra. The winery is duly framed within the 1,400 ha of a landscape that is even exuberant, such is the diversity of cultures and fauna, with various river basins functioning as authentic oases. The Winery assumes itself as an authentic place of worship. A space where modernity and functionality coexist, indelibly, with the most traditional techniques.
