Very fine, elegant and fresh on the nose, with floral notes, wild berries and spices. On the palate, it is intense, full of character, with very polished tannins, supported by an elegant and velvety structure. Long finish, filled with fruit and freshness.
VINIFICATION
Careful manual selection of grapes and gentle destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at 26–27 °C, using indigenous yeasts.
AGEING
During the final third of fermentation, the wine was racked into used French oak barrels (225 litres), where it aged for 24 months and underwent malolactic fermentation.
Contains sulphites.
