Clear appearance with deep garnet color. Great aromatic richness, highlighting balsamic notes, black plums, and a hint of chocolate. Perfect harmony between the wine and the barrel where it aged, enhancing the aroma with dried fruits and spices. The palate is very structured, full-bodied, and complex, with a very long and persistent finish.
This is a very special wine: a limited edition celebrating the thirty years of the Vila Galé Group, which, in addition to a network of hotels in Portugal and Brazil, also proudly produces regional Alentejo wines and olive oils.
Vinification: Hand harvesting and manual grape selection. Alcoholic fermentation in open vats. Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.
Consumption suggestion: Meats, cheeses, charcuterie, game, and cod.

Casa de Santa Vitória is a company of the Vila Galé Group, one of the main Portuguese hotel groups.
The business of producing quality wines and olive oils, appeared at the end of the 90’s with the acquisition of five estates in Alentejo with a total of 1620 hectares, near Beja, to build the Hotel Vila Galé Cube de Campo.
This wine tourism project offers new experiences, associating leisure, good Alentejo cuisine and the local wines and olive oils.
On the estate we can also find cereal production, cattle raising and fruit production, namely rock pear and orange”.
