Intense ruby color, aroma of ripe black fruit with a slight floral note. On the palate, it has good depth and a velvety texture, with dimension and freshness.
Our vineyards feel the vibrant sun of the Serra d’Ossa through the cork oaks of Herdade da Candeeira, weaving a mantle of lace-like light that beautifies and refreshes them.
Vinification and Ageing: Night harvest, followed by fermentation in small stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, with an aging period of 18 months in first-use barrels from various origins.
