Herdade da Candeeira
Our vineyards feel the living sun of the Serra d’Ossa among the cork oaks of Herdade da Candeeira, weaving a blanket of lacey light that embellishes and refreshes them.
Vinification and ageing: 60% Alicante Bouschet and 40% Touriga Franca. Maceration on the skins for 12 hours, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 25º and ageing for 6 months in French oak barrels, 20% new and 80% used, 225 and 300 litres.
Harmonises with: Dried fruit, cheese, baked goods, red meat.
