DaBatiè Langhe DOC Nebbiolo. The distinctly sandy soil of the Roero area, where this wine originates, gives it a unique character that sets it apart from most other Langhe Nebbiolo wines. DaBatiè is indeed a particularly delicate and savoury expression of the Nebbiolo grape.

We make mass selections from the oldest and most interesting plants in order to preserve the original genetic imprints. We seek balance in the individual plant, which then becomes the balance of the entire vineyard, and then of the wine we produce.
