Beautiful floral aroma, all young and garbous, blue fruit, light barrel notes. Milky and creamy in mouth, very well in the definition of flavor, keeps the elegant floral register, alive tannin still well present, all asking for some more bottle time.
Transport in 20 Kg boxes, destemming with crushing, pre-fermentative maceration for 24 hours, inoculation followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats below 24ºC. Ageing in French oak barrels where it remains for 6 months.
