History: In the heart of Portugal, very elegant wines are born. From this region are born wines loaded with subtlety and elegance, supported by the natural acidity given by this terroir. They are wines that captivate and seduce, and soon become unforgettable for their personality, elegance, freshness and smoothness. Dão is all this and much more. Vinification: The grapes were destemmed and fermented at a temperature of 28º. Aged for 6 months in French oak.
