Mechanical and nocturnal harvest. Touriga Nacionalferments in “vinimatics”, while Alicante Bouschet ferments in lagares equipped with mechanical treading robots. Temperature controlled from 22º to 24ºC. Aging took place during 12 Months New French Oak Barrels.
