Casa de Santar
Located in the Dão region, Casa de Santar is a 17th and 18th-century manor house surrounded by gardens of hedges, boxwood, and floral labyrinths. In its granite-built cellars, high-quality wines are produced within a structure bearing 400 years of history. In 2007, Casa de Santar was awarded Producer of the Year by Revista de Vinhos, and its wines have been regularly awarded annually.

Winemaking and Aging:
Total destemming with crushing, prolonged and gentle skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 26°C.
Food Pairing:
Due to its body, it pairs well with game dishes, intense and spiced foods, grilled red meats, regional dishes, oven-baked fish, and roasted cod.
