Then, just say: floral aroma with violet notes, medium structure on the palate, with a long and balanced finish.

Maturation: 50% of the wine aged for 6 months in second-use French oak barrels.
Winemaker: Osvaldo Amado.
Pairs well with lightly spiced fish, braised or grilled red meats, various game dishes, and delicate cheeses.
