Bright, vivid red color. Delicate aroma with notes of red fruits, black cherry, the freshness of cassis, and a hint of spice, all harmoniously blended; smooth wine with velvety tannins combined with good acidity, fruity, finishing in an elegant and lively manner.
Manual harvest for 18kg boxes. Total disengagement. Pre-fermentative maceration for 2 days. Fermentation with controlled temperature for 15 days. Post-fermentative maceration for 10 days. Aged for 10 months in new French oak barrels.
Contains sulphites.
