Intense red color and very balanced nose and well filled with notes of wild fruits and cherries, spices and a light floral touch, on a background where the elegance of vanilla and barrel notes is evident, in the mouth it reveals a voluminous and enveloping wine , where the fruit and the spices reveal a beautiful integration and the tannins demonstrate a good firmness, showing signs of potential in the bottle, a long and persistent finish.
VINIFICATION: Selection of grapes at harvest and transport in boxes directly to the winery. Vinification with crushing and total destemming. Fermentation in open vats with temperature control.
AGING: 12 months in French oak barrels.
