Ruby-colored garnet with blue reflections. At the aromatic level, the exuberant and very ripe fruit stands out, animated by notes of spices like black pepper, in an intense and elegant experience. In the mouth, it looks voluminous, full-bodied, but still fresh and nervous. With firm and velvety tannins, it materializes in a long and already very pleasant finish.
After the manual harvest, the grapes were carefully inspected and destemmed. An intense maceration was performed in the first 48 hours to extract all the good components from the films, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature.

Founded in 1862, its present name was defined in the first decades of the 20th century, when Mr. Clemente da Silva received the company through marriage. At that time, showing an exporting vocation, he directed his first steps towards Brazil and North America, but soon after other markets and DALVA is now present in Europe and Asia.
