Bulas
Vinified with long skin maceration, fermented in stainless steel vats
at a temperature of 22ºC until dry (when almost all the natural sugar
has almost completely converted into alcohol) and the addition of grape brandy to finish. Before bottling the blend made from the
best wines, they were aged in French oak barrels for an average of three years.
