Bulas
Vinified with long skin maceration, fermented in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 22oC until dry (when almost all the natural has almost completely converted into alcohol) and the addition of grape brandy to finish. Before bottling the blend made from the
best wines, they were aged in French
oak barrels for periods of 7 to 13 years.
