With a magnificent amber colour, this old brandy has soft aromas and a velvety palate, which makes it surprisingly pleasant. Ideally served as an after-meal digestive, it can also be served cold in a “shot glass” as a digestive or accompanying a rich and sweet dessert.
Produced from the distillation of the quality Alvarinho variety, it is staggered in French oak barrels, remaining at a constant temperature in the old winery of the Brejoeira Palace, in stage, between 10 and 12 years.
