Very expressive in the aromas of ripe wild berries, it presents a good acidity giving it a unique freshness and elegance.
A traditional vinification process was used where the grape varieties are vinified separately in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature, short post fermentative macerations, to allow the preservation of the fruity aromas. The final blend ages for 6 to 9 months in deposit before the wine goes into the bottle.
